1. General Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using any products from Keen Craft, you fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to accept all terms stated in this liability disclaimer. All items sold by Keen Craft, including custom carbon fiber steering wheels, airbag covers, and other automotive modification components, are designed exclusively for off-road usage, vehicle show display, and track competition purposes only.
These aftermarket custom components are designed exclusively for off-road, track, and vehicle show display use and are not certified for standard public road or highway driving. Aftermarket vehicle modifications may adjust original factory vehicle parameters and safety configurations. End users are fully responsible for ensuring safe vehicle operation and complying with local traffic regulations under all driving conditions.

2. Off-Road & Show Use Restriction

All Keen Craft automotive modification parts are developed for off-road, track competition, and exhibition use. Aftermarket component installation may alter the original vehicle’s factory safety systems, including steering feel, auxiliary electronic modules, heating functions, and airbag operating parameters.
Keen Craft does not warrant that modified vehicle parts comply with local, state, federal, or international road traffic safety regulations. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify whether any vehicle modifications are legally permitted within their residing region.

3. Installation Responsibility & Risk Assumption

Keen Craft does not provide professional installation services, on-site modification support, or technical installation supervision. We shall not be held liable for any vehicle damage, property loss, personal injury, or mechanical failure caused by improper installation, amateur modification, incorrect fitting, misuse, or negligent operation.
Professional automotive technician installation is strongly recommended for all steering wheel replacements, airbag component modifications, and electrical wiring adjustments. By completing a purchase and installing our products, the customer fully accepts all risks associated with vehicle modification and agrees to take full responsibility for all resulting outcomes.

4. Warranty Rules & Liability Limitation

Keen Craft provides limited manufacturer warranties for eligible products in accordance with our official warranty policy. Under no circumstances shall Keen Craft be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or incorrect product usage.
This liability limitation covers all issues arising from improper installation, unauthorized secondary modification, or non-standard use of aftermarket parts, including component malfunction, electronic system anomalies, and vehicle operating abnormalities. All risks generated by self-modification and self-installation shall be borne solely by the end user.
Negligence Exclusion Clause
The customer expressly agrees that Keen Craft shall not be liable for any form of damage, loss, or injury, even if arising from operational negligence or oversight within reasonable business scope. This liability waiver applies to all legal claims including negligence and strict liability related to product installation and usage.

5. No OEM Affiliation & Trademark Statement

Keen Craft is an independent aftermarket automotive parts manufacturer and is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or officially partnered with any original vehicle manufacturers, including BMW, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or any other automobile brands.
All brand names, vehicle model references, and trademarks displayed on our website are used solely for compatibility description and customer reference purposes. All Keen Craft products are 100% aftermarket custom replacement parts and are not produced, certified, or authorized by original equipment manufacturers. Customers acknowledge that purchased items are non-OEM modification parts.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law (China Seller)

Any disputes, claims, or legal controversies arising from product purchase, installation, or usage shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation cannot reach a mutual agreement, all disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the People’s Republic of China and governed by Chinese law.
Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted at the seller’s business location in China. If any single clause of this disclaimer is deemed unenforceable, all remaining terms shall remain fully valid and enforceable.

7. Final Agreement

By ordering, installing, or using any Keen Craft product, you confirm that you have fully read, clearly understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms of this liability disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not purchase, install, or use our products.
