Refund policy

By submitting your order, you confirm your acceptance of the return, refund and warranty terms set forth below. All our steering wheels are custom‑built items. For this reason, returns or refunds will not be granted without valid grounds. Should you receive a defective or damaged steering wheel, please reach out to us at keencraftservice@gmail.com. You may submit an exchange or refund request within 15 calendar days upon receipt of your goods.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or suffer from significant manufacturing defects. Please get in touch with us promptly after receiving your order. We will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you have not yet received your refund, kindly double‑check your bank account first. Please also follow up with your credit card issuer, as refunds often require additional processing time to reflect in your account. Next, you may contact your banking institution. Bank processing delays are common for refund transactions. If you have completed all the above steps and still cannot locate your refund, please email us at keencraftservice@gmail.com.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved return or cancellation requests for custom‑manufactured goods. Items must be returned in original packaging and remain unused. Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Exchanges are only permitted for goods with shipping‑related damage or major factory defects. Please notify us as soon as possible after delivery.

Should you request a replacement unit to be dispatched before we receive your original faulty product, you will be required to pay the full retail price of your order as a temporary deposit. This deposit will be handled once we receive the original item back.

LED shift lights and related modules come with a 1‑year manufacturer warranty against functional failure.

Our interior carbon‑fiber components are covered under a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

Carbon‑fiber steering wheel trim pieces carry a 2‑year manufacturer warranty covering heat‑induced cracking. This warranty is limited in scope. It does not cover normal wear, tear and natural aging, including fading on leather, Alcantara material or painted carbon‑fiber surfaces caused by regular usage.
